The Broadmoor Assisted Living Community is a distinctly different Assisted Living Community because it only specializes in the care of residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory loss diseases. The Broadmoor provides personalized care that meets each residents’ specific care needs. Our community and programs are designed to keep residents’ cognitive, physical, and social functions at the highest level possible during all stages of the disease process. The Broadmoor has three distinct neighborhoods which is anchored by a specially designed all-female neighborhood called Magnolia Terrace. These modestly accentuated neighborhoods can comfortably and effectively accommodate residents with mild to advanced stages of Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory loss diseases. This enables each resident the opportunity to remain at home and to age in place during the latter stages of their life.
The caregivers at The Broadmoor take pride in preserving each resident’s quality of life, showing high regard for maintaining the utmost in dignity and respect. To complement the caregivers, the ownership and management of The Broadmoor have well over 50 years of health care professional experience and with all that experience comes the belief and mission to truly make a difference in each resident’s life throughout their golden years.

Magnolia Terrace is a gender specific neighborhood for ladies that are just beginning to show signs of memory loss. We like to call this our Senior Sorority. This neighborhood has a dedicated caregiver that takes a holistic approach for caring for our ladies.
Garden Park is for both men and women who in the middle stages of Alzheimer’s/dementia. These residents are needing more hands on help with their activities of daily living.
Rosewood is for our residents that are at the end stages of Alzheimer’s/dementia. It is in this neighborhood where are residents needing Hospice Care.
