An Active Senior Retirement Rental Community with Independent & Assisted Living and Bayberry House Memory Care. We feature Independent & Assisted Living in one or two bedroom, spacious apartments within a 24 hour monitored, secure 2-story courtyard building. We also have a secure Memory Care accommodation for residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Our amenities include meals, all utilities (except phone), scheduled transportation, cable TV, laundry facilities, weekly housekeeping and flat laundry service.
Pets are welcome.

Century Oaks offers a spectrum of care and services to our assisted living residents. The level of care required by each resident will be determined through a personal assessment. Our experienced staff will design a plan to provide customized services and quality care suited for each individual. Rates are based on accommodations and required services to satisfy the needs of each resident.
Bayberry Memory Care
At Century Oaks, we proudly offer our Bayberry Memory care, which includes Alzheimer’s care and Dementia care, consist of specially designed living spaces and supporting environments for those who are living with cognitive challenges brought on by Alzheimer’s care and dementia. On our 2nd floor secured apartments your loved one will get the attention they need.
